Neowork Studios is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition.

Shipping fees for returns may not be covered unless the item was defective or damaged.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Neowork Studios Store, including designs, images, and logos, are either the intellectual property of Neowork Studios or of the clients we work with.

Logos and designs created by Neowork Studios for clients are owned by those clients. However, clients grant Neowork Studios the right to use these designs for merchandise, such as shirts and other branded items, sold through our store.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these designs or content is strictly prohibited without written consent from Neowork Studios or the relevant client.

Limitation of Liability

Neowork Studios is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use of our products beyond the purchase price.
